My journey into the incredible world of pregnancy and birth started way before I became a mom. About ten years ago, while doing some deep soul-searching, my therapist introduced me to the profound impact of our beginnings.
Fast forward a bit, I got pregnant, and I became fascinated with everything about life in the womb and optimal birth practices. I was on a mission to learn everything I could to give my baby the best start possible. And you know what? There was no turning back – I fell head over heels in love with this topic because it's truly life-changing.
Digging into it, I discovered solid evidence backing up what ancient wisdom has been saying for ages – pregnancy and birth are more than just how we come into this world. How we're welcomed matters, affecting us for the rest of our lives.
So, I took the plunge and became a Birth Doula, Breastfeeding Counselor, and Prenatal Educator. After attending over 100 births in the past few years, it hit me – the key to helping those babies have a nurturing start is by raising awareness among expecting parents. I'm all about emphasizing the importance of a baby's journey into life and how parents' roles can seriously impact their child's development on every level.

I'm here as your go-to source on all things CONSCIOUS pregnancy, birth and beyond. I'm dedicated to empowering parents to create a positive and nurturing beginning for their little ones. My journey is proof that understanding and embracing the sacred process of bringing new life into the world can be truly transformative.
